StayGuide is operated by Abdulrehman Irfan, based in the United States ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle").

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of the date of that charge, for any reason. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window has expired will not be granted, except where required by applicable law.

What is not refundable

  • Charges older than 14 days from the date of the request.
  • Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time via paddle.net to prevent the next renewal — please make sure to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
  • Accounts terminated by us for breach of our Terms of Use, fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Service.
  • Partial-period refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle outside the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

All refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
  3. Alternatively, contact us and we will pass your request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal charges but does not by itself trigger a refund of past charges. To both cancel and request a refund of the most recent charge, do both within the 14-day window.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
